Our long-term, established relationships with all key dealers, including MI Chain Stores, top Independent Music Retailers, top E-commerce clients, and all significant Broadcast, Pro Audio dealers and Sound Contractors insures our brands receive maximum exposure.


Driving our sales machine is our marketing and A/R department. Tasked with developing and creating the diverse content that powers our websites, social media, advertising, dealer marketing assets and trade show events, our marketing team is constantly providing the tools that communicate who we are, what we do and the benefits of using our brands.


On any given day we will receive products from all over the world including China, Germany, Japan, Sweden, , England, Korea, Denmark, Norway, Poland, New Zealand and Canada. From 40' high cube containers to small air freight boxes, our Operations and Logistics teams efficiently handle the daily inbound and outbound shipments for a vast array of products.

Operating in our 30,000 sq. ft. facility, our fulfillment team packs hundreds of orders per day ranging from single item, single box packages to multiple pallet load orders. Our experienced logistics staff use UPS, FedEx, and a variety of freight carriers, all operating under negotiated cost contracts that allow us to provide our customers the absolute best shipping rates.



Our service and support team provides quick turnaround and high customer satisfaction, both to dealers and end users. Warranty repairs, parts requests, technical assistance and on-phone troubleshooting are all part of the daily support we provide. No job is too large or too small and all problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
